You can register directly through our website at bual.asia, social media, instant messaging or over-the-phone.

Do all my employees need to sign up?
Depend on your requirements, whether for each staff or each department. if each of your staff need an extension, then yes all of your employees need to sign up. If only a department need an extension there’s no need for everyone to sign up.
Is there a free trial period before I get to decide to start using BUAL CloudPhone?
There is no free trial period. BUAL CloudPhone is non-contract. You can omit renewal for the next month, if you decided to stop using the service.
Can I change or upgrade my plan?
Yes. You may upgrade or change your plans after the end of your existing plan subscription.
Can I choose/customize the landline number?
Yes, you can choose and customize your landline number.
